FLS Coordinator

Status: Active

To coordinate, monitor, and oversee the operation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and statutory compliance of all Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems within the assigned facilities. The FLS Coordinator shall act as the focal point for clients, authorities, service teams, and subcontractors to ensure that all fire and life safety systems remain fully operational, compliant, and audit-ready always. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all Fire & Life Safety systems. • Ensure maintenance activities are executed as per contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and approved schedules. • Monitor the performance and availability of all life safety systems across assigned sites. • Coordinate emergency breakdown responses and ensure timely closure of faults. • Verify completion of maintenance activities by technicians and subcontractors. • Prepare, submit & follow-up for reactive work proposals • Material Requests & follow-up with suppliers
